  • How much deposit is required to secure a booking?
    We ask a retainer deposit of 30% of the contract total to reserve your date and lock the price but you can pay more than that or the entire balance, payments are accepted for your convenience and we require that the full amount be paid three weeks before the event.
  • What form of payment do you accept?
    For your convenience we accept cash, checks and credit and debit cards. Payments can be made in person, by mail or over the phone.
  • Why do I need to make an appointment for a consultation?
    We prefer that you schedule a consultation in order to be very well prepared and have samples of your décor style, color and flower choices on hand but we will accommodate and give our walk-in customers the same attention in plan the most important event of their life.
  • Is there a delivery charge for cakes?
    Yes, there is a delivery charge and is based on the distance that we have to travel; for venues that are less than 10 miles is $35, less than 20 miles is $60. Santa fe, Espanola and Grants $120.00
  • How soon do I need to order my wedding cake?
    We recommend that you place your order as soon as possible specially if your wedding is between the months of April – October.
  • Do you offer cake tastings and how much do they cost?
    Yes, we offer complimentary cake tasting for two guests and charge a fee per each additional guest.
  • Do you offer gluten free cakes?
    No, unfortunately not at the moment. We take this dietary restriction very seriously and would not want to put anybody at risk since our facilities have a single kitchen to operate.
  • What is the cost of a wedding cake?
    We charge based on design, size, difficulty and time to elaborate.
